Hä? Weil Sand immer eine Masse von 1t hat und Muskeln und Fett nur eine Masse von jeweils 50kg haben oder was? Masse ist Gewicht und nicht Dichte, die du wohl eher meinst.
Masse hängt von Dichte und Volumen ab und er ist ein bisschen voluminöser geworden. Also kann man jetzt nur noch über die Dichte spekulieren, um auf die Masse zu kommen.

ich sag einfach mal: vorher = mit Ausrüstung 160-170kg, ohne 150kg nacher = mit Ausrüstung 17-19t, ohne 15t
