Captain Claude Homebird item 8136 found in config\texteditor\guids.xml. It is a possible reward in reward pools 500755 500845 and 500858, which I found by searching for 8136 in config\questconfig\quests.xml. I don't know how to guarantee you would get it though.

cant really help i barely got it to work myself as it take lot of work to adjust a quest to suit my needs

I think there would be no problem to rollback to 1.0, get the quests you need, then upgrade to 1.1
But..
Where can I get the files which you look for the requirements the specific quest has?
I want to know what exactly needed to get the specific quest, especially after reading the post about the quest where one had to have a metropolis with no more than 5000 inhabitants total to get the quest..

the 5k people 1 is easy just remove all the non noble people so 3520 noble + max 1480

It is easy, but how could I normally know that? As most of metropolis I've built contained no less than 9000 inhabitants, I've wait for that quest forever!

Anyway, how do I find files with the quest requirements info?

Come on people, where can I get those files?
