Wie geht der Rechner mit so vielen Fugzeugen um?
Ich hab mir für 4.09 extra eine 8800 mit 512 MB geleistet und dort schon mit 20 Flugzeugen Ruckler.

dann setz die landschaft von perfect auf excellent "runter" (is ja immer noch sehr viel)

Spad - that's a powerful card. You should get faster than that. In my mission many AI flights have no Ammunition so I guess that makes it eeasier for the PC. I have a 256MB 8600GTS.

No Bombs or no Ammo at all?
Wouldn´t be such a pack of bombers a much to tempting target, if they dont fight back? Or did I misinterprete you?

I built myself some turkey-shoot missions over the slovakia map for aimimg practice and sight seeing, but at least I give them standard defence, when I´m going butcher them.

Hi Spad - sorry for the slow reply. That's right, some flights have no weapons. it is unfair in some ways but the number of supporting bombers usually means it's still dangerous.
I'll send you the file to try if you want.

One more thing - I disabled parachutes for 99% of planes. that makes abig difference to framerates.

hmm that brings me to the question, what happens if you take a DC3/C-47 or Ju53 an put some paratroopers in it
will they drop them, while chutes are disabled?
is only the planecrew affected by disabeling or are the troopers also? XD

Don't worry Lord Pyro, I only disable the parachutes for individual flights in individual missions so in other missions there are parachutes. It's an option in the FMB.

No more progress but I am getting REALLY good at screenshots!
