May i ask,if there will be some kind of prototype commands and the player has to use as voice commands,or the player can choose their own ways to give command?
And if i buy a German Version,can i use English by giving Voice command?
if not do i have to speak "Hochdeutsch" ?

An interesting question. I think you will be able to give commands also in english if you buy the PC version. Ubisoft's PC games are always multilanguage so you can choose between english, german, spanish, italian and french when you install it. If you speak german i really think that you have to speak Hochdeutsch, so it won't work if somebody is speaking with an extreme bayern dialect. I can imagine that it would be really funny when somebody is speaking with a bayern dialect and nothing works!

And how about giving command? Is there some kind like Grammar,that the player has to follow, or i can just: Tank 2,fall back or infantry,take cover.
